Advent Day Thirteen
As part of my Advent practice this year, Doug and I are doing the Master Cleanse. We are beginning today. Why are we doing this? Doug is doing it as a test of will power and detoxification. Me? As part of my own desire to be able to focus and work towards a deeper spiritual practice as I anticipate this annual observance of Christmas and the Winter Solstice. Our cleanse will officially end on the Solstice, as we then begin a new with hopefully cleaner bodies and clearer minds.
