Advent Day Five: Desire what the situation demands

This time of year is packed with all kinds of obligations.

• Parties, shopping, decorating, baking, cooking, oh my!
• For educators/students: end-of-semester projects, presentations, grading, etc, etc.
• For many artists: fairs and sales.

I’m sure you know what I mean. Those weeks where there is something every. single. day. Chaos can easily enter. Mail piles up. Studios look like they’ve been hit by a tornado. Dishes become less important. And the cat is thankful that the toilet always has fresh water in it.

Today’s collage is all about loving what is. Good luck with your situation, may you train your mind to desire whatever it is.
